At Nash Grey Wholesale, we love collaborating with our boutique partners to bring unique, original products to life. Whether it’s a new tote design, embroidered sweatshirt, or a custom Game Day piece, here’s how our customization process works:

✏️ Step 1: Start with Your Idea

Bring us your concept — this could be:
   •   A sketch, mood board, or reference photo
   •   A color palette or fabric inspiration
   •   A short description of what you want to create (e.g. “pink quilted tote with bow handles and a coastal logo”)

Our design team will help you refine your vision to make sure it fits Nash Grey’s aesthetic and production capabilities.

🎨 Step 2: Submit Original Artwork Only

To protect your brand and ours, we cannot reproduce or use copyrighted or trademarked designs (such as university logos, licensed characters, or brand emblems) unless you provide written proof of permission or licensing.
   •   ✅ You can submit your own hand-drawn or digital artwork
   •   ✅ We can help redraw or digitize your design into print, embroidery, or patch format
   •   ❌ We cannot use any protected logos or artwork from other brands, schools, or companies

If you’re unsure, our design team can verify whether your design qualifies as original artwork.

🧵 Step 3: Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)

To produce custom pieces efficiently, we require a 100-piece minimum order per design.
   
🕒 Step 4: Design Approval & Production

Once your concept and artwork are finalized:
    1.    We’ll send you a digital mockup for approval and deposit info.
    2.    After sign-off, production typically takes 8 weeks, depending on the style and season.
    3.    You’ll receive updates and photos before your order ships.

📦 Step 5: Delivery & Reorders

Your customized items will arrive retail-ready — tagged, packaged, and ready for display.
We’ll keep your design on file for future reorders.
