✅ 1. Inventory & Merchandising
• Conduct a full inventory count (floor + back stock).
• Identify dead stock to mark down, bundle, or move to clearance.
• Refresh floor sets for post-holiday (think: neutrals, basics, Valentine preview).
• Pull down holiday displays and switch signage to “New Year / Fresh Start.”
• Restock bestsellers for January (loungewear, self-care, basics, game day).
• Order low quantities now (cute but empty shelves = lost sales).

• Update website banners from holiday to New Year messaging.
